Liquidity is good
Because hollow glass microspheres are tiny spheres, they have better fluidity than flakes, needles or irregular fillers in liquid resin, so the filling performance is excellent. More importantly, this kind of microsphere is isotropic, so it will not produce the disadvantage that the shrinkage rate of different parts is not consistent due to the orientation, which ensures the size stability of the product and will not warp.
Heat insulation and sound insulation
Hollow glass microspheres inside are thin gas, so it has the characteristics of sound insulation, heat insulation, is as a variety of heat preservation, sound insulation products excellent filler. The thermal insulation properties of hollow glass microspheres can also be used to protect the product from thermal shock caused by alternating changes between acute heat and acute cold conditions. High specific resistance and very low water absorption make it widely used in cable insulation material processing.
The oil absorption rate is low
